I read in the product description that it fits Makita 7 inch grinders but my thinking was the 7 inch would be the maximum grinder cup to use the dust shroud with. Apparently Makita's 7 inch grinder has a larger wheel guard hub (2 -1/2 inches). I will have to fabricate a bushing to step-up the wheel guard hub of my two grinders.
